If you want to upgrade your centre status to Bronze, Silver or Gold you will need to have read the following carefully, then see what level you wish to apply for.
- Check that you meet the criteria then email your request in detail to support@protrainings.uk.
- You must have the approved centre widget and others on your website then once approved the centre logo will change automatically to the next level.
- Please make sure you state your full contact details and the level you wish to apply for and why.
- We will process applications as quickly as possible but we will prioritise general support so please do not email once you have applied.
- We estimate it could take up to two weeks to upgrade your centre.
- Once approved, tell your customers and post over your social media.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE A BRONZE CENTRE

Have been with ProTrainings for at least 6 months and have certified at least 100 students and delivered 10 courses (set minimum number to maintain after that of 100 students and 10 courses per year)

Met minimum annual spend on certificates £250 plus VAT

Lists at least 50 courses at any time over various subjects (pet only accounts 25 courses listed)

Provides blended training options on their website
-
Uses ProTrainings widgets on their website for
course booking

Displays the approved centre logo widget on their
website

Offers ProTrainings online courses on their website
-
No serious infringements of IQA to date
-
Maintain up to date portfolio of evidence on
ProTrainings dashboard

Complete annual skill review
-
Where requested supply IQA paperwork within 5
days

Renew centre status by 31st December

No misuse of ProTrainings logo or our approvals

Met a minimum annual spend on certificates £500 plus VAT

Lists at least 100 courses at any time over various subjects (pet only accounts 40 courses listed)

Provides blended training options

Provide a virtual option for training

Uses ProTrainings widgets on their website

Displays the approved centre logo widget on their
website

Offers ProTrainings online courses on their website

No serious infringements of IQA to date

Maintain up to date portfolio of evidence on
