Instructor Business Hint 1 - Add Widgets to your Website and Upload your Logo and Photo

Your ProTrainings dashboard has many features built in to help your market your business. Uploading your logo to your instructor dashboard will ensure that it appears on all ProTrainings qualification certificates. Make sure the logo is of good quality to ensure that it looks professional on the final printed certificate.  A good general rule is that if the logo looks poor on the dashboard it will look poor on the printed certificate.  Please upload a passport size photograph to the same place, this is for compliance and also for the new ID cards that will be available soon.  This should be a head and shoulders passport style photograph, photo ID cards will be optional but we believe will give confidence to customers and a very professional image.

We have added widgets to all instructor dashboards so that you can add the free weekly video of the week to your website or blog and each week it automatically updates to the latest video. You can access this widget from your instructor dashboard and it is live now to download the code. You even earn commissions if a visitor to your website clicks the links to read more on whatever they buy. Sites like google like video on websites and it improves the website search engine optimisation (SEO). You can put one on the home page and then the relevant page for all your courses as you can select different code for each of the courses.

Another thing that will help your website is relevant incoming links. A relevant link is an incoming link that is from a similar website, for example a first aid website to your fist aid website. If you list courses on www.procourses.co.uk your website is displayed so you will get a good link back. Also an excellent way of getting a link back is to write a blog article and then email it to us so we can put it on our blogs, relevant online websites and social media and link it to you. The article cannot be just an advert for you, think of a subject that is of interest to our blog readers. These links will help improve your standing on search engines like Google.
